Joel Ashcraft is a senior business administration major in his second year with SIFE. Joel is involved in leading several projects in various capacities. One of his major projects is an international fair that will bring an international and cultural experience to students in the Rochester Area.In addition to his leadership in SIFE, Joel also serves in student government at Roberts Wesleyan College as the finance director. Joel is also actively involved in his church, teaching computer and life skills to children in the after school program. |

Michelle Blaakman is a sophomore business administration major with a concentration in entrepreneurship. This is her first year on the SIFE team. She is involved with the Hagar project as well as the Women of Hope Business Camp. After graduation she is planning on getting her master's in international business with hopes to someday help third-world country businesses and their economies. |

Stacey Baumler is a sophomore accounting and information management major in her second year ith SIFE. She is participating in her second year of the Women of Hope Business Camp. She is also involved with the CASH program. Outside of SIFE, Stacey is an arch ambassador for Roberts Wesleyan College's Admissions office. |

David Bussy is a sophomore at Roberts Wesleyan College, and is in his first year as a SIFE member. He is heading up a boys business camp, which is very similar to the girls business camp which has run for two consecutive years. Previously, David was elected as vice-president of the Greece Athena High School Future Business Leaders of America chapter in 2002-2003. David was also the treasurer of the chapter in 2001-2002. |

Jeffrey Clark is a freshman business administration major in his first year of involvement with SIFE. He is currently working with the research marketing team. When he graduates, he hopes to open a bakery. |

Amanda Dollinger is a sophomore communications/business administration double major. This is her first year involved in SIFE. She is involved in the Ethics Workshop, BizWorld, SEIP Investment team, Women of Hope Business Camp, the internet based company, the Oatka Restaurant Consulting project, Rotaract, and various other SIFE-related activities. She is planning on going to Guatemala this summer with the SIFE team. Outside of SIFE, Amanda works on the yearbook staff, the chapel committee, and co-leads the nursing home ministry at Roberts. She also enjoys playing the piano, violin, and used to ride horses in competition. After graduation, she is interested in going to an Ivy League school for her M.B.A. |

Amy Dunbar is a junior business administration major with a minor in marketing. This is her third year involved with SIFE, and her first year serving as a SIFE director. She has previously been to Guatemala to coordinate children and adult entrepreneurial programs. She will continue her involvement as the director for this years trip and project. In addition, Amy is working on market research for the Hagar project and has taken on the responsibility of managing the SIFE files. |

Brad Farrow is a junior business administration major with minors in economics, finance, and psychology. He is currently involved in SEIP (Student Endowment Investments Project), where SIFE's investments are managed. Also, Brad has been a part of the Ethics Workshop, educating young children about the importance of ethics in everyday life. Outside of SIFE, Brad writes for the Roberts Wesleyan school newspaper, is involved in studnet government, and various musical teams. |
